May 18, 2009 - 20 minutes walk/run

I do have to admit that I was totally sidelined and bummed last week after locking myself out on the way out for a walk, so I did not get back until today. I did triple check that I had a key and felt fabulous when I was out! I hope to keep this up and then I think I will eventually train up to where I need to be. I know I can do it, I just need to be persistant.
