Day 2 Run
I ran the flats and walked the not flat. I am testing to see if I can do this. If running interferes w/ dancing, then I will stop and I do not want to be sore for days either. Today I did not take Averey, so I was able to get my fastest mile. I feel really good.
I might continue this walk with a mix of run and walk. I think that may fit me more. My goal is to dance my butt off at All Balboa Weekend in Cleveland in June. After that I might try a bit more aggressively to reach my goal of a 5K.
